Thank you for visiting Impulso Sano Yoga & Wellness Center. We are so excited to have a new studio space, just across the street from our previous location. We are at the entrance to Las Palmas, in the El Pueblito Norte complex, above the Luperon supermarket. We are making all necessary preparations to open Tuesday December 10th.
To start, we have 5 yoga classes per week already on the schedule, and we are working to line up more yoga offerings, as well as Zumba. Bodywork sessions may be scheduled at the studio--Reiki, Reflexology, Lymph Drainage, Swedish Massage, and Acupressure will all be available, and we aim to make Shiatsu available soon.
We are so happy to begin offering Reiki Trainings this year, and we have added several to our schedule. If you have never experienced Reiki, we invite you to attend our free Reiki Shares to learn about Reiki and experience its healing. The Reiki Shares are part of our Second Saturday Community Events, which include a morning Beach Clean-Up, afternoon Reiki Share, and sunset Hoop Jam. These are free events aimed to help develop healthy community, and we dearly appreciate everyone's involvement.
As always, Hoop Dance and Poi lessons may be scheduled on the beach, and fire performance may be booked for special events. We are still working on establishing a partnership to offer SUP tours and SUP Yoga, and we will post more on these offerings as soon as we are able.
We feel so blessed to back in Playas de Coco, and we look forward to an amazing season meeting new people, sharing good vibes, and enjoying great activities.
